What do those <mind:*> elements?

Control the local machine's "mind" about the state of the Askemos world.

Within a transaction each machine makes decides about it's local oppinion how the state change should be. Then they vote about the correct result.

I'm using the prefix "mind" to remind the programmer, that we are concerned with the proposed value, which is not guarantied to be the final outcome.
